Adagio International, Inc. provides to the original homeowner purchaser, a Lifetime Cabinetry Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials subject to the exclusions and limitations noted below. This warranty is only applicable to products used in residential applications within the continental United States and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

            Should defects in material or workmanship be shown to exist in any Adagio International, Inc cabinet products, Adagio International, Inc. will elect to either repair or replace , at its option, the defective material or component free of charge. This warranty only covers parts and materials of products supplied by Adagio International, Inc. Other products, such as countertops, appliances, electrical or plumbing fixtures, are not covered. Also not covered are the costs to remove and reinstall the defective materials and related components, fittings or appliances.

            Adagio International, Inc. reserves the right to alter design, specifications and materials without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured.

            This warranty does not cover damage caused by others or beyond the control of Adagio International, Inc. including but limited to damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, alteration, mishandling, improper installation, improper storage, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance or to follow Adagio’s written guidelines for care and cleaning or by fire, flood, earthquake, tornado or other acts of nature.

            Adagio International, Inc. is not liable for damages suffered due to delay/failure of delivery when causes are beyond Adagio International, Inc.’s control such as acts of nature, accidents, shortage of labor or raw materials, etc.

            In addition, the following are excluded or limited in some way from the Adagio Cabinets Lifetime Warranty:

• Natural characteristics in the grain, texture and coloring of wood. Wood is a product of nature and will have certain natural characteristics and variances that are not covered under the warranty.

• The color of the wood and finish may change during the lifetime of the product and with exposure to direct or indirect sunlight and other factors. The color change occurs in both the finish and the wood and is part of natural ageing process and is not to be considered defect or damage.

• Enamel finishes may show more noticeable wear from normal residential use. Due to the very nature of the finish, Enamels will exhibit hairline expansion lines at joints and any nicks, dents and rub-through from normal use will be more noticeable. These variations are considered to be the nature of the materials and their exposure to the environment and are not covered under this warranty.

 Adagio International, Inc expressly disclaims and excludes all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. And Adagio International, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume or incur on behalf of Adagio International, Inc. any liability, obligation or responsibility in place of this warranty. The Buyer/Homeowner Purchaser hereby waives all other remedies, warranties, guaranties or liabilities (expressed or implied) arising by law or otherwise, including without limitation, actions for consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.
